Having an “Even-if” Attitude
Ability to make autonomous decisions.
Think fast under pressure.
Take on opponents and drag opposition out of position.
Move ahead of time.
Play to win.
Very good at articulating what I need to learn and get better at.
Create learning environment and have a lot of role models. This is my big strength; I like to imitate role models on the field.
I play for MLS InterMiami CF, a club that allows me to reach my full potential because all of the coaches and staff are trying to help me become a professional player and maximize my potential.
There are professional coaches, trainers, technical staff that are always there to support and demand the right attitude, commitment, performance, behaviors and mindset from me.
This helps me be the best and also be a good person. My training contact time is at least 12 hours per week in additional to my Individual Development Plan. This environment helps me create awareness of how I can raise the bar in my game and expand my comfort zone.
